Hong Kong- The city that Mumbai could never be.
I’ve not been to many eastern cities but walking through Hong Kong kept me thinking how similar and yet how different it is from “the city that never sleeps” back home – Mumbai.
The walkable infrastructure, clean pavements and easy transportation made me feel like I was walking around in a typical western city, yet the food, aromas and the flavours kept the Asian spirit alive.
I did not expect a lot of g’days or hellos or good mornings as I walked about in the busy city. But the people somehow still felt friendly.
Walking up and down in the hilly streets. I found one of the best cities to live in.
